A good starting place is how much you insure your household contents for, and add to this if required. It’s important not to under-insure your goods, so if you want to be exact, draw up an inventory of your contents to get to your insurance value.

Our local and national insurance policies are Indemnity Insurance cover. Full details of our cover can be found on your quotation email.

In the unlikely event you need to make a claim, our quality control department will strive to make the process stress-free. We require you to give us notice in writing within 7 days of delivery. Your Personal Move Consultant will advise you of the next steps in the process and our quality control department will liaise with you directly through the process.

This depends on the value of your consignment. Insurance options are available on your online quotation, where you can select your required level of cover.
