We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse assistant to join our team at our depot in Bangor. Based in our warehouse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our storage and distribution processes, contributing to our company's mission of excellent service.
Our ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, is hardworking and enthusiastic and is willing to learn. They must be able to work as part of a TEAM (both large and small) as this varies depending on specific job requirements.

Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or similar roles.
- Valid counter balance forklift license is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years forklift experience essential.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to manage and control a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Job Duties
- Operate counter balance forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Manage stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and handling.
- Assist with loading and unloading consignments.
- Preparing consignments for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment (including vehicles) .
- Support the warehouse manager in all aspects of their role.
- Organising vehicles and crew as required.
- Follow safety protocols at all times.
