The current opportunity is available within our Specialist Logistics Division, located at our distribution warehouse in Bangor. It is essential that you have excellent organisation skills, are company and customer orientated and are keen to learn all aspects of the job.
The role involves coordinating and scheduling multi-drop deliveries across the Island of Ireland and being point of contact for both contract holders, crew and customers as well as supporting warehouse and workshop activities.
We want to recruit a candidate who wants to pursue a career – not just a job.
Essential Criteria
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Excellent oral and written communication skills essential.
- IT literate with experience in using Microsoft word and excel

Job Duties
- Key point of contact for customers and contracts across our multi-delivery operation.
- Planning and scheduling deliveries/collections across the Island of Ireland.
- Contacting clients and confirming delivery slots.
- Liaising with warehouse and delivery crews to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Working closely with logistics and warehouse managers to ensure stakeholders are kept up to date in a timely fashion.
- Assisting warehouse operations
- Assisting workshop operations
